How we collect, use, and protect personal information on this website.
Last updated: 14 June 2026
This notice explains how Remunara ("we," "us") handles personal information collected through this website. Remunara is an early-stage compensation product; the operating company is in the process of being established in France. Until incorporation is complete, the website and the personal data described here are managed by Remunara's founders, who act as the data controller. This notice covers the marketing website only — not the Remunara platform, which is governed by a separate agreement when you become a customer.
What we collect
- Information you submit through our forms. When you request a demo or a consultation, we collect the name, work email, company, team size, and any message you provide. These fields are sent to us by email so we can respond to you.
- Basic usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers record limited technical information such as pages viewed, approximate region, browser type, and performance metrics. Our analytics are privacy-friendly and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and do not identify you personally.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on these legal bases:
- To respond to your enquiry (demo or consultation requests) — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a possible business relationship, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
- To keep the site running, secure, and fast — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a functioning website.
Who processes data for us
We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") who handle data on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Resend — delivers the form submissions to our inbox as email.
- Vercel — hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics and performance monitoring.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where they do, they operate under data-processing terms that include appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep the enquiries you send us for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a potential working relationship, and then delete them when they are no longer needed. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us at demo@remunara.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in France, that is the CNIL.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice as Remunara grows — including once the company is formally established, at which point this page will name the registered entity and its address. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
